What you need :
- Eggs - 600 gms
- Sugar - 375 gms
- Flour - 375 gms
- Baking powder - 5 gms
- Butter (melted) - 25 gms
- Whipped cream filling - 500 gms
- Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly - 200 gms
Whisk sugar and eggs on a double boiler till the mixture is warm. Once it is warm, start whisking it in the mixer till soft peak.
Sieve flour and baking powder and add it gently to the whipped eggs.
Fold in melted butter at the last and bake in a cake tin for 15-20 mins at 180 degree Celsius.
Once baked, allow it to rest till it cools down.
Cut the cake from the center into two equal layers and pipe whipped cream in a spiral motion. Then sprinkle with Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly.
Then put the second layer on top and add whipped cream and Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly to finish.
